I am telling people to think twice before getting this sweeper. Vacumn places cannot get the parts for this and could not fix this when mine would not suck up the suds anymore yet they never called to tell me this. Then called Bissell customer service and spent 50 minutes on the telephone with them TS and it was a waste of time. They knew this new green machine they sent me was used and not new and did not work. The solution would not come out of the tank. They knew new one was bad for sure.

yes this machine is a alternitive to the proheat 2x and it does work . i had mine for 2 years and it hasnt let me down yet....

I had one and took it to be fixed at Hillsboro Vacum. They had it 4 months and never called me and said they could not fix it. Called Bissell and they sent me a BROKEN sweeper that did not work and they did it on purpose. Cust svce ts with me for 45 min to no avail. Bissell does not care about its customers and will send you a broken sweeper no matter how mad that you are that it broke. I am refering this now to Oregons AJ office. Do not think Bissell will make good on this sweeper. I hate you.
