Present Moment

I wrote this song as a reminder to myself not to worry and be fearful about the future. I have a tendency to be a planner, to have control over my environment and circumstances. The song is a reminder that my call as a follower of Christ is to surrender to His will and seek His plan for my life.

Only then, in such a posture of surrender, can I be set free from fear and anxiety about the future, and trust that He has a plan for my life. He will bring to fruition His will for me, so long as I strive to discern and follow His plan for me.
