Photoshop Elements Change Hair Color - Elements

This video demonstrates how to change hair color using a Hue and Saturation Adjustment layer with Photoshop Elements. The video was produced with Elements 9 but the technique will work just fine with earlier versions of Elements.

@rebeccaiovanna Ya - you can alter and modify pretty much anything with Elements. Photoshop is the superior product and the most expensive by far. You can probably do pretty much anything you want to do with Elements.

i did everything and but when i go to color the hair, I get no color. any suggestions?
