+1 if you turned off the video because it wasn't super educational.

I'm 359 pounds. My mother poured diety pills into me since I was a kid, and destroyed my heart. Starved me, everything just so I can lose weight, and my metabolism is ruined. My highest weight, was about 380. I've been losing it steadily. I want to give up sometimes because of how hard it is. But There's alays someone heavier than you, or lless healthy. Let's both be happy to be alive and use the fact that we have functioning bodies (no matter how poorly) to achieve what we need, with no shame.

Ok, so you're 270+ pounds...So what? I would still take you to that bed back there and jump up and down in you like a trampoline.

I gained more respect for you watching this video than all your other videos combined. This is a good reality check. And the thing I love most about you? Your determination. You never give up. That's why you're such a big inspiration. It's not all about weight loss. It's about the mental issues behind the weight loss. I'm always going to be proud of you. And you're beautiful inside and out hands down.

Hi, don't beat yourself up so much! The weight didn't come on overnight so just keep picking yourself up and keep on keeping on trying. I believe in you. Just be kind to you and your body.

you have to focus more or most of the time on your health.if opra said it's a waste of time-she gave up already.you didn't give up yet girl.i have become a success with sticking to health for the rest of my life and it became all time consuming.but i have the result that not too many people including opra have.a life without health is no life.you have found that out too finaly.so fight-and don't fucking give up ever.failure is not an option for a halthy mind & body.

Very courageous video, and more people should make videos about this. Too many people make "I lost weight doing xyz" videos, but they don't share the "I gained it all back video" later. I think its important, since not enough people realize that weightloss done through unnatural methods (dieting or caloric restriction) or any form of deprivation is always, always, always gained back.
Have you considered looking into OA?

@RunRoseRun YES I use to go to OA after I got out of the Radar institute when I was recovering from Bulimia(@19). I was young & did not work the program like I should have. It is something to consider.
