  • @Altruwest I bought the expansion.. but it wasnt what i expected.. i expected alittle more actually..

  • @JayceSoberano yeah I think it was marketed incorrectly, its primarily about 80s synths and drum machines.

  • last fall i swapped beef and pork for beans full stop, with the occasional piece of fish or chicken. i haven't noticed any dramatic changes except for some weight loss and no more digestive pains. there must be a balance of salad, protein, and healthy starch in every meal. right now i'm hooked on homemade refried bean tacos with whole corn tortillas and spanish rice and salad. btw beans don't give you gas as long as you rinse them first, and keep them in balance with the other things you eat.

  • Damn, no more Kush and orange juice

  • Congratulations on the weight loss F Major! I know it had to be a long slow road for you. I started at 227 and am down 26 pounds so far over the past 3 and a half months. You are absolutely right about the liquid calories. I was downing soft drinks like crazy before. That was a hard but crucial step in the beginning.

I'm getting married later this year so that is added motivation. Thank you for the extra push to keep it going. Good luck to you in maintaining and in the future!

  • good stuff just one quck question my mpc did u like the best out of 2500 and 2000xl

  • whattup F!! I think producers can take a lot from this sort of stuff. We generally sit down in a studio for hours on end, very little physical energy is used, maybe you bop your head and even dance around a bit, but add to that coke in the studio, snacks, i drink a lot of tea (used to drink coffee, now i just have 1 coffee in the morning and maybe a tea here and there but with honey not suger) the calories plus lack of physical activity can really put producers in a bad position health wise.
