  • Are you really 38? Omg you put most women your age to shame physique wise. Can you do videos of barbell front squats/back squats and conventional barbell deadlift off the floor? Would be awesome! Keep up the good work definitely shows!

  • i feel that using a barbell on your back is more effective, it incorporates a higher level of balancing, gorgeous legs

  • @nyginzo85 If the idea is to make balance difficult by raising the weight, then it would make more sense to lock arms out overhead with 2 dumbbells.

  • quads (teardrop mainly) Glutes (butt muscles). Main ones getting hit.

  • I always do 3 sets of 8-10. I hate it, but it's really a great exercise. Thanks for posting.
