Channel 4 triumphed at the Rose d'Or television festival in Montreux, Switzerland, last night as the ground-breaking reality show Faking It scooped the prestigious Golden Rose prize from an international jury.
The winning episode of Faking It featured Chris Sweeney, a 25- year-old punk singer, who tried to convince a group of experts that he was a bona fide orchestral conductor. Faking It also won the Press Prize at Montreux from a panel of international journalists.

However, this is really really interesting. This guy seems to have lots of courage and self confidence. Even though i'm an orchestra musician, i don't think i'll ever dare doing something this risk. So Bravo for that!!!!! hee hee ^_^

just to echo. it was a great series and i think this one was the best episode. from punk rock singer to an orchestral conductor is brilliant. he seemed a great guy and just proves just cos he is a punk, doesnt mean he is bad man. he is awesome.
