    @Natasha I fully agree with you. There are tons of nutrient depletions involved with meat eating. I will have to stick with a supplement for now also working on low glycemic raw as well, due to Type 2 diabetes in the family, and your videos are a definite help =) @Shaolinhero, thank you for the tip, I will look for that. Does nutritional yeast complicate candida at all? I'm in the process of wiping out athletes foot.

  • I wouldn't take nutritional yeast while you have a fungus infection/athletes foot-- wait until it clears up. Stay on low glycemic diet, as you are-- that will help clear it up.

  • I would love to go 100% raw. But I'm a bit weary about getting B12. High raw definately, but I have read about B12 depletions down the stretch during a 100% raw vegan diet.I have been on a slow transiton to high raw, I still need to cut my vices which is the tough part. I do. Have to say I've noticed a hugh difference after a green juice or a yummy nori wrap=)

  • you can get B12 deficiency even from eating animal products!!

  • We don't put crap in our cars....because we are not emotional about our cars. Eating cannot be emotional. To make it a lasting change, one must detach from emotional eating. I detached after a long fast, because it reset my thinking about our real need for food. Go on one of Natasha's juice fasts!!! Go on as many as it takes to get rid of the emotional need to eat food that makes you feel bad. After a fast you will be as high as a kite and eating yucky sludge will no longer be an option.

  • @RawRadiantHealth im the hardcore type but after 36 hours of 100% raw, all kinds of withdrawals symptoms kicked me in the face it was awful! took a week of half raw, half junk each day for my body to adjust before i could so 100%. whats your opinion of liferegenerator fruit and vegetable only approach?

  • When I became a raw foodist, I did both.... I did a 6 to 7 month slow transition to lean what to eat and finding a good balance for my body. Then in January I did a 30-day 100% raw food challenge with my husband. I'm glad we did the challenge because it gave us the kick we really needed, but I don't know if we would have been successful without the transition first.

  • Natasha- thank you so much for your videos. They are so postive and uplifting. I noticed that people who are on a raw foods diet have a great complexion and just so healthy. You have encouraged me to change my "evil ways" with my eating habits.

    I cannot afford to do the 10 day juice challenge- but I will juice the best way I know how.

  • @ Genghisgirl: Very true, after taking in more raw foods you realize that processed & fast foods just taste horrible! I had mcdonalds for the first time in a long time yesterday and after two bites I lost my appetite. Also, eating more raw foods has helped me with portion control- without even trying! I used to mindlessly devour huge portions of junk food. Now I'm more aware of raw foods taste and textures (and when to stop when I'm full)

  • hi there. does raw food diet eliminate acne?

    i mean all the net is full of krap saying diet is related to acne..yet 100000s of pple eat like rubbish and their faces are clear... while other doctors say differing opininons... wat foods u rekon is related to acne besides the usual oils?
