This Duo Dolly will give you the same effect as a big dolly but for less money. Best used with small cameras. The wheels can take a lot of weight but balancing that weight is the problem. If you plan to use a DSLR as I've used in the video, the dolly works pretty good but when going forward you want to keep you hands on the dolly as the center of gravity is more toward the front of the camera.
This dolly can respond to a lot of requirements: simple, functional, cheap and portable.

Materials (in inches):
1 pc of aluminum strip 8"x2" x1/8"
2 machine screws 1/4 -20 x 1"1/4
4 washers 1/4
2 lock washers 1/4
And of course a pair of (2) CamOnWheels CW2 that you can find on ebay.
