The song is 'What Dreams are made of (ballad version)' from the Lizzy Maguire Movie soundtrack.
I`m not sure who sings this song though as I can`t seem to find the names of the original singers....The girl is Hillary Duff but no idea who the male voice belongs too .

I absolutely loved the ending for North and South. It's my favorite. It's just one of the most romantic scenes ever. *sigh* Especially when you've got Richard Armitage using THAT voice... *melting to the floor*
