Wild Bill's Dune Buggy at Silver Lake 1

Riding in Wild Bill's new dune buggy at Silver Lake, Michigan. It is 4 wheel drive and specially built for Wild Bill. There are 3 more in the making, giving Wild Bill 4 that can be rented this summer, 2008. See Dune Buggy 3 for a look at it. Wild Bill also rents quads and wave runners. He is located in the same building as his son-in-law Travis who operates Parrot's Landing Jeep Rentals.

I know i didn't go in the water like they claim i did. I went in the water with my truck the day before and i found out how deep some of those puddles can be! We did go in the wet sand as seen in this video. It was everywhere because of the heavy rain the night before. If they don't want you to do that, they should not rent buggies after a hard rain. They DID charge us for 3 hours even though we could only ride for 2 1/2 due to their mismanagement; they DID

@storageguy100 they watch very carefully what everyone is doing with their jeeps on the dunes, they have other business owners up there who look out for them too. they know when they see something on their jeeps what has been done with them. they have been ripped off by customers time and time again when the customer screws up a jeep and it has to be in in a body shop or dealer for repair and takes one out of service, they loose thousands of dollars because it can't be rented.

Where some business owners are apologetic and willing to make things right with a customer when they don't deliver, others will actually stick it to you even more! I'm afraid these people are the latter!

Looks like you went in the wet sand, When we did that they charged us $25 extra and insisted that we went in the water! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY CHARGE YOU FOR GETTING SAND ON THEIR DUNE BUGGYS!"
