If you watch the video closely and pause at 00:52 you can clearly see that Bell doesnt even make a connection with Alfredssons head. It is a shoulder on shoulder connection that Alfredsson wasnt expecting. The follow through with the arm is perfectly allowable. That is a hockey hit, and Bell caught Alfredsson perfectly.
Good job Bell (should have been harder though)
