she has done plastic surgery, bad it never changes a person 100%, unless with very bad results. Not even the best clinic can do this. So, who can prove this is an untouched picture? her real nose was big, but beautiful before surgery, though what is shown here, does not make sense at all with the rest of her old pictures. Ones can just take a picture of somebody, and make the changes in photoshop to make the person look ugly, as other people do it to make the person look much prettier.

@EuropeanGuy87 Obviously there are going to be some with small noses - No genetic trait is prevalent amongst 100% of the population. I am just saying the majority (Not Exceptions) have what look like Hook Noses. Not like those type of noses are necessarily bad - But it's not true that most have small 'European' noses - Not from what I have seen.

You are right that those Azerbaijani People have small noses. They also look like they have Mongoloid influence to me.

@kesh2212 Maybe what planet do you live on !! I've seen plenty of Persians with small European noses.... besides hooked noses (with the dump on the middle) are a typical Azeri Turkish nose. A hooked nose that has a bump on the roof of the nose bridge is a Roman nose. You are probably an American who has no clue about anthropology and need to step in Europe and Eurasia in order to see real diversity..Cause to American people all brunet people are Latinos.. no matter the facial features !!
