@bladeimm Maybe that's the problem. These gang members are together too much. Maybe what is needed(for all gang members) is lockdown for 23 hours a day and put them in small cells by themselves, and limited freedom of movement.

These guys are pathetic. They're like kids. They're supposed to be rebels but they invent rules. They're afraid of real chaos. They sit around and gossip like old women.
