almost the same as the build im gonna play except im putting 3 in the Darkness Tree Charge Mastery (i can change depending on situation for resist/damge, lightning charge will give +9% dmg)

Madness is good much better than deception if you are undergeared.
once u get gear tho, deception just outshines with burst / control. even though it may put out lower dps that is only due to lack of padding w/ dots
