  • Whats the electrolyte solution operating temperature in these machines? How do you chill the solution and keep it away from overheating over time? chiller? thanks

  • @copetepato147 The EP-350 is designed for ambient working temperatures of 5 to 40 degrees Centigrade. The internal operating temperature can be anything between 5 and 80 degrees Centigrade. There are sensors in place which prevent overheating. The EP-350 is air-cooled by fans. Our larger models are liquid cooled. Please feel free to check our website oxy-hydrogen(dot)com and contact our sales personnel for more information. Thanks!

  • what coolants do you recommend? liquid Hexane and....?

  • @copetepato147 Hexane and light naphtha.

  • Thats nice. Machines with flame modifier are kindda safer. They are less sensitive to produce flashbacks and thats a BIG and important fact. when no water bubbler is used i guess you use a regular commercial flashback arrestor device for protection (as i can see in the video) Is it that effective you dont need any kind of bubbler protection?

  • @copetepato147 Machines equipped with flame modifier usually do not come with another water bubbler. But in case no flame modifier equipment is installed, an internal water bubbler can take its place.

  • @copetepato147 Correct, in this case the flame velocity is slower and flashbacks can be avoided.

On machines without flame modifier equipment a gas dryer / water trap can be used to collect moisture.

  • @copetepato147 If the machine is equipped with flame modifier (coolant), separate containers for water and flame modifier storage inside the machine are used.

  • @EpochEnergyTech or do you use separate containers for coolant and water? thanks

  • @EpochEnergyTech If a flashback takes place, is it safer to use the oxyhydrogen/hexane mixture instead of just pure oxyhydrogen? due to flame front (burning) velocity... i think it should be slower when the gas mixture its not in the stochiometric ratio but in a richer mixture state where theres not enough oxygen to burn it at max speed for maximum heat release.. how do you control moisture content of the gas if you use a water filled bubbler?
