While You Are Sleeping

In this short film, three international students from the Philippines, India and China share their feelings and thoughts about living alone in America. While You Are Sleeping is a gift to their love ones back home so that they may see the world they live in, even from a distance. Directed, written and edited by Donna Isabel Averion. Featuring Sayed Salam and Cheng Yang.

Created by Reel Effect at Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2011 as part of Campus MovieFest, the world's largest student film festival.

Guys, I rarely comment on videos. I find "comment" to be something that you should do only on certain and very special occasions. This is definitely one of them. This is an excellent and well directed video. As an international student, I relate a lot to it and what is shown in the video is what really most of us international students have to come to terms with, coming to study in the US. You should have definitely won the contest. Excellent Job!
