Went well. Squat is always a bit tougher than I think. Tied my best squats with a hair better form. Bench went well. Hit a small 2.2 lb PR on my double at 305.

Squat
45 x 11, 135 x 10, 225 x 2, 315 x 2,
Opener: 380 x 1 - Nice and easy
Second attempt: 430 x 2 - A bit surprised by the weight on the reps, but good.

Bench press - First rep paused on all sets
45 x 25, 135 x 10, 225 x 2,
Opener: 275 x 1 - Also easy.
Second attempt: 305 x 2 - Usual sticking point, but still not difficult feeling.

Seated leg raises
- x 10, 20 x 8, 30 x 8, 40 x 2, 20 x 10

Chest supported rows
45 x 8, 90 x 5, 125 x 5, 150 x 5

Tricep pushdowns (double pulley so half weight of plate readings)
100 x 10, 160 x 6, 200 x 6, 240 x 6, 260 x 6
