What a sweet moment. As an American, I still prefer the US version but I admit this scene might even be better than when Jim walks in and kisses Pam when she is on the phone

The scene is crafted perfectly, everything about it is just brilliant. The atmosphere is 100% relatable to, the music choice is the perfect blend of moment making meets real christmas party cheese. Gah this is my favourite scene on tv of all time.
Oh and as for people debating that Gervais is looking for recognition by posting to youtube, i think the barrow load of awards, 90 countries buying the rights and 7 remakes might be better......
