I made it to get rid of stress, and it works.. Follow instructions, and meditate 20 mins each day.

Tutorial,
Shut off the lights in the room.
Sit on your bed.
Sit in Meditation Position.
Breathe deep.
Close your eyes.
Let go of all your worries.
Deep breathe.

Very nice but just one thing.
If you're supposed to close your eyes... how can you read the rest of it?

Okay, i have very VERY strong sleeping problems! so, i will make this a test :)
Now, i will go to bed (The clock is 21:54 in Denmark and i am sick) and i will play this song in my head set and see if it works!
