This is my 2009 Solo & Ensemble performance as a Junior at Black Hills High School. I had to use a little different instrumentation than called for because of what my school owned, hence the five toms (6&8in as the bongos, and the low tom as the bass drum.)
I screwed over a couple of phrases before the end, but overall I felt pretty good about it.
Scored a two.

  • I played that solo this year and I'm currently going to state. Good job, except for the ending.

  • @ConvictCoon TORK was amazing! idk but i feel like multi-percussion solo's prove to be more difficult than snare or timpani...

  • Fantastic man! keep it up,you've got talent.

  • I think you should have got a 1. Great job!

  • as are you, my friend

  • HEY!!! I played "Tork" by James Campbell and did well at Districts and State.
