Harry Kalas was the voice of the Philadelphia Phillies for 39 seasons. Watching baseball will never be the same for the city and its fans. You will be missed. This video was created by comcast sports for the fans.

  • Idk what to say? It really is one of the saddest things ever!!! I'm not even a Phillies fan (Baltimore Orioles fan) But I live in the philly area. I'm a baseball nut, my whole life I've had to watch philly games cause they don't show Baltimore games. But I loved every moment, just hear his voice. Since I was a baby I always thought he was truely the voice of baseball.

Watching Phillies games will never be the same

R.I.P Harry Thanks for the memories

  • Phillies games will never be as fun to watch without Harry.

  • Dear Harry,

While u were our announcer, we not only enjoyed it. But u became part of baseball as we know it.

    Thank you.

  • what a great sports announcer and what a guy. RIP harry kalas

  • ahhhhh if only he were here now.....go phils

  • @botzaro00 u are a real dick u kno that? if u dont like harry, dont comment on his videos

  • R.I.P. HARRY!!!!!

  • 1) HK wasn't that much of a homer , and no where near the worst , clearly you don't watch many games on the package because just about every teams main broadcaster acts the same way or more biased to their team then harry

    2) Comcast owns the TV rights to the phillies and not many games were aired on the package anyway with the loophole that CSN Philly has with the FCC, which was a shame because a lot of out of towners never got the chance to listen to the best sportscaster of all time

  • Real nice job; love the video footage. You did his memory proud.
