  • Iliolumbar Lig: What does Dr. L. mean ‘release the lig’?;The tech he shows in his video is causing an posterior pelvic tilt affecting SIJ; twisting the body can gap facets. How can one release a ligament; & r u familiar w/a ligament tightening/contracting? Input appreciated. Thanks. More if you don't mind.

  • Hi nice work. How do you know that you are not on the erector spinae or other fascial tissue?

  • @EPMunson Look at a lower back anatomy chart. ART essentially creates false insertion points in the muscles so that you can stretch that exact spot. It is a focal stretching technique. Once you know where muscles are you can figure out how to do this stuff yourself with a tennis ball or a door knob, at least to a large extent for the back. Hip flexors are pretty close to impossible do work effectively on your own with ART, at least that's been my experience so far.

  • this is all great, but you don't show any of the hand placements. Why put the camera so far away??
