College Football Week 5 Picks Against the Spread

As he does every week, Dan Rubenstein shares his top five picks against the spread for the upcoming weekend of college football games. After three straight down weeks, Dan's now .500 at 10-10. Games selected this week are: Arkansas vs Texas A&M, Cal vs Arizona State, Texas vs Oklahoma State, Lousiana Tech vs Virginia, and Washington State vs. Oregon.

this is not dan's top five games of the week. this is Dan just light-heartedly giving five bets against the spread he likes after looking at the week's slate of games. nothing to do with what is or isn't a marquee game (though he does, by and large, try to hone in on games that are of interest to a broader audience).
