  • I was looking at the vase in the afternoon. Maybe I should have grabbed it and ran!

  • very nice 43 millions but i heard the deal never made. the chinese buyer didnt hold the deal

  • the owners of this vase were my family friends and were just over for lunch telling us there story of how there family vase sold for £43 million - just to let you all know they are planning on giving all the money to there favourite charities like water aid

  • @saraj12 well that's true but the chinese are notorious in the auction world for being incredibly unreliable when it comes to paying, and its a very difficult situation. i doubt a tiny auction house like this would sue, they would be pretty much garunteed to lose, it would probably go to the underbidder

  • @lndac02 your words tells only one thing: jealousy, jealousy, jealousy

  • Any indivdual who would pay this amount of money for a vase is certainly a sucker,Self obsessed and has more money then sense. The amount of poverty in a country like china and one person spends this amount of money on a vase is fairly disgusting! Re- Cameron visiting China,He went to deal with the quasi communists who run a capalist system by manipulating their currency.Say what you like about Obama,Cameron,Sarkozy or Merkel, at least their systems allow their people to vote for other parties

  • @lndac02 people bid the vase for 43 million and u called them "sucker"?Do you think you are anything?hah.what a joke.and please tell me why David Cameron went to China last week."Sir"?

  • Stolen. Should have been returned as a Chinese Cultural Treasure to the Chinese. How can thse people take the money. Its stolen.

  • @Japsuck1945 Everyone knows the chinese has captured the market in stealing films and selling them on DVD. This vase is about the decent thing I have seen the Chinese make, Everything else that comes out of China is shitty plasticky crap that falls apart. The chinese make crappy stuff everyone in the world also knows that. Nice to see a chinaman got stiffed for £43 million. Whats the sucker gonna do with it? stick it in a cabinet and dust it for the next 100 years every week.
