SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - For the last ten days, family and friends of Bryce Tarter have been searching for the missing teen. Now the CUE Center for Missing Persons is joining the search.

Searching for a missing child is an experience no mother ever wants to endure, but Christy Davis of the CUE Center for Missing persons said it is that experience, she and the CUE Center are bringing to this search. Davis' son went missing two years ago from Jacksonville, and is still missing.

"For the family, there is a lot that they can track and follow leads," said Davis. "They can help bring in information. They can help bring in leads, and so we are here to help focus them on those things."

The CUE Center for Missing Persons is a non-profit North Carolina based organization, that has helped close to 9,000 families in what is often the most confusing and desperate times of their lives.

"Families go through horrible times of despair," said Davis. "So the more encouragement and hope we can give them, the better it is for them. Their focus right now is on finding their son."

Beginning with Bryce Tarters' truck. They say if they find that, they may be able to find Bryce alive.

"Until we are proven wrong, that is the hope, the hope of family and the searchers," said Davis. "We hear of people surviving horrendous things and for long periods of time. The disaster in Haiti is a prime example, where they found people after a long period of days. So he could be injured in some way and he can't get to someone."

That is why the CUE Center is asking the community to search their properties and look for his vehicle, while they go out on their own searches hoping to find Bryce and bring him home.

Tarter was driving a white Nissan Frontier pickup truck with tinted windows and Braves and Falcons stickers on the back windows. The tag is from the state of Maine, 944 -7QD. If you have information you are asked to call the CUE Center for Missing Persons at 910.232.1687 or visit their website at www.ncmissingpersons.org.
