Wow. Let's look at the facts although I know how much they get in the way.

As of today, there are NO reports of any detainee released by the Obama Administration rejoining terrorist activities.

On the other hand, the Bush Administration did release detainees who have rejoined terrorist organizations. 14% of those released actually.
