RIP Sandee - Always Beside Me (Rare Freestyle, 1987)

This was the second solo single by the late, talented Sandra Casanas, who was a member of the original Expose'/X-Posed line-up. This song was written and produced by Avy Gonzalez and Elsy Rodriguez. It's one of my favorite freestyle tunes. The production has a funky edge; the background vocals are classy; and of course, Sandee's delivery is one-of-a-kind. RIP, sweet musical angel.
