chauncy, I would just point to the most recent months, and the great improvements in singing, playing, presence for each soloist, and general consistency which even the videocam/phonecam recordings show here on YouTube.
The best result is in how the music and the singing are advancing. They've had the tools of course, and now the benefits come of confidence and ability to hear further through using them.
It really makes a smile, all each of these persons does.
