I would say a firm VERY stupid.How many times can one hear 'dont do this', 'dont do that'.Then go nevertheless against every warning with a 'it wont happen to me' attitude.The pirates will probably get their money, thus teaching every armed, poor person in the world living by the sea an easy route to becoming millionaires within a month.
