No matter what this guy says; internet is a privilege not a RIGHT.
The question you should be asking is: What servers are going to be used to keep the "Net Neutral"? "And what kind of regulations and information will they be allowed to restrict and enforce"?
Think about it.

Just wonder what is monopoly and free market. Why should we keep IPv6 with DNS failed while those technology protect us all?
