Tally Hall performing Good Day at the Middle East in Boston on the 13th of December. They didn't play Greener, which is my favorite song by them, but Good Day comes pretty close. :)
I give big, big props to the professionalism they showed at the show that night - rain and traffic almost made them late, and yet they made a really superb and funny performance of their prep work tuning their guitars on stage. Broadway and Disney songs for mic testing, little riffs on their guitars... And then they still managed to perform beautifully even when they had little more than five minutes to prep their instruments. All in all - there are few bands who can pull off an almost-tardy slip like Tally Hall.
After the show, my sister and I went to chat with the band to commend them on a rad show. They're such an awesome crew, my love goes out to them. I hope to catch them live again soon!
