Read complete dough recipe below.......
Dough: 1/4 cup warm water, 1 cup milk room temperature, 1 egg beaten, 1/4 butter softened, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 4 cups bread flour or pastry flour, 1/2 package instant vanilla pudding mix, 1 tablespoon dry yeast. Make dough in bread machine or by hand. Roll out dough on floured surface to 18"x 30 " rectangle. Use butter over dough and sprinkle brown sugar mixture. Roll up dough on short end tightly and cut each roll 2" Place on a greased baking sheet . Bake 350 for 15 - 20 minutes Apply frosting on warm rolls. Filling: 1 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon cinnamon mix in bowl, 1/4 butter softened set aside.
Frosting: 4 oz. cream cheese softened, 1/4 cup butter softened, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 tablespoon milk, 1 1/2 cups powder sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon mix well. ( * Note on video 1/2 cup of milk was stated use 1/2 tablespoon milk.... ) ( frosting) * In video I forgot to give the rest of ingredients for dough, the recipe that is printed above is correct...... This recipe is the clone to Cinnabon but if you like there cinnamon it can be purchased at retail outlets for $ 4.99 for a 4 oz. jar. ( This is a Clone recipe and is not the exact recipe.)

  • you do it it from the longer wayy

  • be my mom

  • @gazelle3311 It says on the notes. 4 cups of flour and 1tbl spoon of yeast.

  • Am I missing something? I didn't hear how much flour and yeast.

  • are these rolls dry at all? i really want to make some for Christmas morning, but my rolls are always very dry!

  • @xInsaneJuggernautx Respectfully, that's why it's a clone recipe. Which sucks, because I would LOVE to make an actual Cinnabon roll from time to time

  • thanks for posting :")

  • Great recipe but cinnabon uses makara cinnimon which is only available to them

  • I love the recipe ,they came out perfect (I added chopped walnuts-awesome). In ref to the frosting, I added 50% more cream cheese (soften it by putting it in a metal bowl and placed it in warm water) and a little more vanilla and it was even closer to Cinnabons' (flavored to taste). I also let the frosting sit overnight in the refrigerator to thicken it and the taste was even better, but I don't know why. This is the most useful video on Youtube yet !!! Thank you.
