The Sorority-Episode 8 (Part 2)

-My mom led me inside while talking so fast I barely understood a word she said-
MRS. FLORS: Ok, you go up to your room and make yourself comfortable. I'm gonna get started on breakfast.
DEANNA: Thanks mom.
MRS. FLORES: Welcome home, sweetie.
-She gave me one last hug and then headed into the kitchen. I made my way upstairs and went into my old room. It hasn't even been touched since I left. Everything was still in place. Which was good because it made me feel like I was beginning right where I left off. I heard footsteps coming up the stairs. I turned around and saw Justin in the doorway putting both suitcases down roughly in front of him-
DEANNA: Why did you carry both suitcases up by yourself?
JUSTIN: I don't think your dad likes me very much.
DEANNA: He didn't help you?
JUSTIN: It's fine.
DEANNA: No, Justin, that's not fine. That's rude and disrespectful. I'll be right back.
-I started walking towards the door, but Justin held out his arms to block me-
JUSTIN: Where are you going?
DEANNA: To go confront my dad.
JUSTIN: Babe, I really don't want any trouble.
DEANNA: But he's the one starting the trouble. When someone throws a punch at you, you're supposed to throw one back.
-He chuckled-
JUSTIN: You want me to fight your dad?
DEANNA: No, that's not what I mean. I mean you shouldn't just let this slide or he'll do it again. This goes for anyone, including my dad.
JUSTIN: Babe, it's just suitcases. I'm fine. Please don't make this a big deal.
-He put his hands on both sides of my face-
DEANNA: Fine, but if he does one more rude thing to you, I will say something.
-He pulled my face to his and kissed me softly-
JUSTIN: Everyting will be fine, ok. No worries.
-Breakfast was pretty awkward. Justin was nervous to speak to my dad. Later, my dad started getting after Justin for the most random things. Like how to hold his fork correctly or how to speak correctly. It all started to get on my nerves. I could tell he was getting just as frustrated. It was dinner time now, so we all sat down at the table. Justin was about to start eating, but my dad stopped him-
MR. FLORES: Justin, don't start eating yet. Not until we've said grace.
JUSTIN: Oh, I'm sorry Mr. Flores.
DEANNA: Dad, since when do we say grace?
MR. FLORES: Since now. And since Justin tried to eat first, he'll say grace.
DEANNA: Dad, I...
JUSTIN: It's ok babe.
-Justin said grace so sweetly. Justin thinks I should let it go, and I want to respect that, but I'm not sure how much more I can handle. We started eating-
JUSTIN: Wow, Mrs. Flores, this is amazing.
MRS. FLORES: Thank you Justin, please call me Joyce.
MR. FLORES: Justin, don't talk with your mouth full.
DEANNA: Dad, enough already! He swallowed his food before talking and you know it!
MR. FLORES: I saw him with my own eyes Deanna.
DEANNA: So now your watching him to catch every little mistake he makes?
JUSTIN: Deanna, stop. It's ok.
DEANNA: No it's not Justin! I've been trying to hold my tongue for too long.
MR. FLORES: Watch the way you talk to me young lady.
DEANNA: Stop treating me like a little kid dad! And stop treating Justin like he's a freaking roach.
JUSTIN: Deanna, please, shut up!
MR. FLORES: Don't tell my daughter to shut up you little prick!
MRS. FLORES: Robert!
JUSTIN: Excuse me?
DEANNA: Dad!
JUSTIN: Deanna's right. We've been holding our tongues for too long. I've been putting up with so much of your crap already! You need to watch what you say to me!
MR. FLORES: I don't have to do a damn thing you say! You're in my house and you're dating my daughter! Which, by the way, is over!
-Justin banged both of his fist on the table and stood up-
JUSTIN: That is NOT your decision to make!
-My dad stood up and shoved Justin to the floor-
MR. FLORES: Get the hell out of my house! GET OUT!
-Justin tried to get up, but every time he did, my dad kicked him back down. Justin crawled his way to the door with my dad still kicking him and my mom and I screaming at my dad. Justin made it to the front door and was able to open it and crawl out and stand up. He turned around and my dad was gone. Me and my mom ran out to see if he was ok-
JUSTIN: Where did he go?
DEANNA: I don't know. He just ran upstairs.
-Me and my mom were both out of breath from crying. My dad was now coming down the stairs with Justin's suitcase, which was now open slightly. Right when he got in the doorway, he threw it with all his force out into the front yard. Justin's clothes were now all over the wet floor-
MR. FLORES: Girls, get inside now!
DEANNA: No dad! We're leaving! Now!
-He walked out and grabbed me by my arm to pull me inside, but Justin grabbed his wrist and yanked it off. Then he pulled his fist back and swung it at my dad's face-
