  • Note that the motherboard tray is not removable.

  • @TheHaiza Actually, the GTX 260 will most likely be a bit faster.

  • @TheHaiza Probably about the same.

  • is the card faster as gtx 260 ?

  • I have one of these cards on order (second hand but BNIB and cheap), I will be using it with a Corsair HX620W PSU, the card uses a 6+8pin leads, the Corsair PSU only comes with 2x6pin leads, so what I do?, just get a 6+2pin lead or adaptor. Does the 6+2pin adaptor work as well as a dedicated 8-pin lead and why do they use the extra 2 pins, what do they do, I think I heard they are ground wires??, what are they for, is it because of the extra power of the card being an X2. Any help please thanks

  • just watched the blooper video, no mistakes sound odd.

  • @uphill248 Getting more ram isn't always going to help performance, Also when you link 2 cards its not like 2gb+2gb= 4gb, it doubles the bus performance so for example lets say you have a 128bit bus on each card then in theory you would have 2x 128 bit busses (256 bit performance). If your running a 5970 you really don't need anything else. Theres nothing that needs more power.

  • @CobraProductionsTV or he could get a x58 board

  • 5770

  • @uphill248 Get 2,You will not get a better picture,as in resolution.but you'll get more frames a second.Resulting in smoother gameplay

And you'll need a Crossfire Motherboard. And you'll need a fast processor and RAM for the videocard(S) to be effective.
