  • Thanks, there is nothing I enjoy much more in a flight sim than some of the older planes. I can't get the sound of the engine though and have to replace with music. Something wrong in the way I have it all configured. Hope to get it figured out

  • huh i never heard of useing music as the sound of the engine.

You could try swaping over the sound file from the dc3,or other rotary engine planes.

I use the sound of the robinson hele in the 172,made it a twin eng, sound pretty good, dosent take it long to take off hehe.

If you want i will send you the stock sound file for the vega.

  • BTW very nice vid nice to see somone enjoying the old planes, nothing wrong with the modern stuff though, just there umm to easy.

  • Im making a vega for fs passengers, for fs2004

i got rid of the huge fuil tank, changed over the rear skid to a wheel, now you can load people in it with out causeing damage to the plane, made the wheel turn,or the skid, tightend up the breaks a little.

it works well, the plane is what i think it is susposed to be in fs2004. if anyone would like the cfg ill be more than happy to send you it.
