HEY LUSHIE, of course not all of them. But he orchestrated Franks '50's - 60's comeback as well as the music. Without hNelson, he'd have remained a 40's saddle shoe, bobby sockser crooner, and not a Saloon Singer. Frank himself even said as much!

I differ slightly.
Riddle possibly did most of the best Sinatra arrangements, but not all of them. Recall "Learnin' The Blues."
