Haha... at the 2:14 mark - "We know how to bargain, we know how to negotiate" That is hilarious. This from the union that COULD NEVER EVEN ONCE NEGOTIATE A DEAL WITH THEIR NDP BUDDIES IN THE 90's. This is not a union, it`s a outdated, militant organization that supports bad teachers staying the system and blocks new, engaged teachers from entering. Awful.

Sure, "Moved significantly" from their totally unrealistic demands. BCTF is the TEACHERS union, not a students union. Unions have their members interests in mind, no one else. Less work, more time off, more money; Yeah, that will help students.
