does anybody know if koi develop a spawning rash on their head and pectoral fins? i have a crystal white koi and it is the only koi in the pond that has this spawning rash, identical to my goldfish?

there is no such thing as a spawning rash that I know of. It may be parasites, fungus or an infection. You should do further research.

What do you mean "what's after that?". Eggs that survive (not eaten or die), hatch and you have more Koi. Not sure I understand your question. Each female lays 100,000's of unfertile eggs. Eggs are fertilized by the males afterwards. I suggest you Google it and learn about the fish reproductive process. It is interesting.
