HAGUE Mini Motion-Cam and Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF1 Test

This Clip shows how the polished ball in the nylon socket does move the camera when moving slowly. This could be critical if you want to do a slow glide. The leightweight GF1 doesn't help either...

This is normal behaviour according to b-hague. I'll try with some more weights on top and bottom to get some more mass.

Used camera is a Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF1, which is about 460g. I'm using one big and one small counterweight at the moment.

@bry3lot yes, it works, unless you're using L lenses, which are too heavy... just be sure to don't exceed ~1.1 to 1.2kg

hi there! nice hague mini steady cam! I have a quick question recently i bought canon powershot sd3500 is and I am going to buy a hague mini what is your advise on this idea?. Do you think it will fit? pls help thanks.

@onetwotony It all comes down to the weight of the camera, if it's between the specs (300-800g), I wouldn't expect any problems...
