To do atw, start doing kick ups and then when you feel comfortable doing kick ups make the ball bounce off your toe ( toe bounce tutorial 1 ), try and get it about waist height, as the ball is bouncing off your toe lift your leg up over the ball as quick as possible and bring your foot down ready to start kick ups again. Go out and try it and i hope my tips have been a help. Feel free to ask me any questions about my tricks.

put slow-mo or text in the vid, so it's more like a tutorial, or change the title and call it atw.
btw: juggle with 2 feet. it's easier and looks better.
