@obscurouse are you familiar with the game Fallout 3? i think this song has the same sorta story: in the future the goverment uses nuclear bombs and society is forced to live underground to keep away from the radiation above. and hes saying theres leaks of radiation coming into level 6, so its only a matter of time before level 7 is gone too. keep this in mind next time you read the lyrics
