nice video, quality work. Do you bead over the ends of the tubes or solder? I would think, espesially on the firebox end, the unprotected ends would burn, get damaged and leak. Is the stay needed? Do copper tubes not act as hollow stays to support the sheets? I will be building a locomotive style boiler next year and have not done one with copper tubes yet, but likely will on this one. Thanks
i personally would weld them to the sheets...but this is great! thx- its off to my favs list now!

what does "rolling" mean exactly? how does "rolling" make the tube snug in? what about welding?
