Splinter cell conviction laptop gameplay max settings PC

My gameplay of splinter cell conviction running in my laptop at 1280x720 highest settings, i recorded the gameplay with fraps, my fps in game are with fraps 20-30fps without fraps 25-45fps (25 fps when you are in the city and there are alot of people, this game is bad optimised becouse when there are a lot of people or enemies the fps drops )
i use the xbox controller to play this game, this is becouse in the gameplay happears the xbox buttons. enjoy it and thanx for watching. rate please

resolution screen 1920x1200 (1200p)
Nowadays i play on a LG M2362D 23" 1920x1080 that is connected to my laptop

I have Conviction on my HP, which I just installed windows 7 Ultimate on, and I thought i reinstalled Nvidia on it but it goes to the uPlay menu but won't go to the game! Is there something im doing wrong? Plz help...
