How long has she been doing Shotokan Karate for?

She doe a mixture of Shotokan and Goju Ryu Karate, she has been doing this for 7 and Half years now, She also does Ju-Jitsu which she has been doing for the past 3 years

I have watch some of your kata posted in youtube and I like them. I think you are on track. A word od advice for the video editor: Kata has sounds (rubbing, stomping, snapping, breathing, etc), if you add background music, viewers can't listen to those sounds. On time, the girl should be able to recognize a kata from her system by listening to their sounds.

Overall great job! Back stances look impressive. I'll offer one constructive item..just remember to lock that back leg on those front stances. This is not an easy kata. Great discipline! Keep up the good!!!!!
