you lost 40 pounds in 30 days?? omg that is so great for you! but i really think men lose the weight faster than women and thats so not cool haha but hey congrats..

is it still off or did you gain some if it back?

im on my day 11 and only lost 8 pounds so far.. i'm also gonna do it for 30 days

@Ansah20 I gained a lot of it back because of holidays and i started truckin again for a moment. but i gained back about 10 over these holidays im sure of it. over all i think i gained back about 20lbs since march, but after the holidays ill get rid of it again

@MsChanteJ72 i kept the weight off till about august then i went back to drivin trucks then i gained a lot back, then the holidays, but come the new year ill do it again
