UNS E OUTROS -"CARTAS AOS MISSIONÁRIOS"- 1989

O Uns e Outros surgiu em 1983 tendo como formação original Marcelo Hayena nos vocais, Nilo Nunes na guitarra, Cal no baixo e Jonathas Nunes (irmão de Nilo) na bateria.Em 1986 a banda participa do Festival Banda Contrabanda com a música"Dois Gumes", ficando em 2º lugar. As 12 melhores bandas deste festival participaram da gravação de uma coletânea. "Dois Gumes" teve uma boa execução nas rádios atraindo a atenção de gravadoras e o convite para a gravação do 1º Disco, "Nós Normais" pela Polygram.Lançado em junho de 1987, "Nós Normais" levou "Dois Gumes" de volta para as rádios, sendo novamente bem executada. Após 1 ano a banda e a gravadora rescindem o contrato.Em Setembro de 1988, a banda assina um novo contrato, desta vez com a gravadora Sony, para o lançamento do segundo disco, "Uns & Outros", agora com o baterista Ronaldo Pereira. Este disco, gravado entre Outubro e Novembro de 1988 e lançado em Maio de 1989, estourou com diversos sucessos, dentre eles "Carta aos Missionários" (canção que ficou em 1º lugar durante vários meses nas principais rádios do país), "Dias Vermelhos" e os sucessos "Máquina Mortífera" e "Lágrimas entre Máscaras" que foram bastante executados em diversos estados. This disc, recorded between October and November 1988 and launched in May 1989, spawned several hits, including "Letter to the Missionaries" (song that took 1st place for several months in the main radio in the country), "red days" and the hits "Lethal Weapon" and "Tears of Masks" which were run in very different states.
