It was aimed at kids, adults, or anyone who was willing to listen. Saying it was for kids was just the excuse they used to get it on the air. Or something like that, lol.

@lorrierack Well, no... but really, did anyone EVER make a kids' show like this, before or since? Fraggle Rock is just an amazing anomaly no matter how you look at it. I don't really even like thinking of it as a "kids' show" at all. It seems more like just a show created by a group of adults who were somewhat childlike deep down, and yet knew the troubles of life from an adult perspective... who were just trying to make a great show.

@collgoff because this is the episode when they confront their own mortality after a cave-in. They have a conversation that says something like "What do you think it feels like to die" they are running out of oxygen in this scene hence the restrained singing.
