you have used just what you got from you tube? Did you have any experience with EFT prior? I've had great results with EFT - just wondering how EFT MR is better.

Hi,
I've just started using EFT Matrix Reimprinting (from what i learned on You tube videos,website and interviews.) It's already working wonders for me...I am easily accessing and healing traumas related to M.E/CFS and feeling much more integrated and confident.
