To publish the video all you do for the tags is each word you put a "," in-between each word.

But on mine, teh "publish" button isnt highlighted D: So i dont know what to do ...
and thats the only software i have that'll let me edit stuff.

Well mine sometimes uploads great but i put my hard work into one and ever time i tried to upload it , it will start than it will stop and than say not responding and than i am forced to close out of it : ( WTF MAN, WTF
